• Cloud synchronization data (if enabled)

How Information Is Used

The information collected is used solely to provide the functionality of the app, including:

• Trip tracking

• Cloud synchronization

• Photo uploads

• Report generation

• Email delivery

• Account recovery and syncing

Cloud Storage

If cloud sync is enabled, data may be securely stored using Firebase services provided by Google.

Photos

Photos captured or uploaded within the app may be stored locally on the device and/or uploaded to cloud storage if cloud features are enabled.

Data Sharing

Trip Master does not sell user data.

Information is only shared with third-party services necessary for app functionality, such as Firebase services provided by Google.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

User Control

Users may:

• Delete local app data

• Disable cloud sync

• Remove uploaded content

• Uninstall the application at any time
