To request deletion of your Trip Master account and associated app data, please email support@salixtechnologies.com from the email address used for your Trip Master account.


Include “Delete Account Request” in the subject line.


Once verified, we will delete your Trip Master account data, including saved trips, pay settings, default report email, and app settings associated with your account.


Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
